Dual Core Interactive LLC (“DualCore,” “we,” “us”) is a North Carolina limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through dualcore-int.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@dualcore-int.com.
Our apps, including AdaptaFit and Hand Load, have their own privacy policies, linked from their App Store pages.
What we collect
If you email us. When you write to support@dualcore-int.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
If you send a request through the website assistant. The “Let’s talk” form asks for your name, email address, company, website, project details, preferred meeting time and time zone, and your permission for us to contact you about the request. A request is not a confirmed meeting.
If you use “Ask AI.” When AI answers are turned on, your chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. We don’t save chat transcripts on our website; OpenAI’s own retention policies apply. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Automatically. Like any website, our web host receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which may be recorded in server logs. To prevent abuse, the assistant uses a scrambled (salted and hashed) form of your IP address for rate limiting. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. Because we don’t track you, we don’t change anything in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare the proposal or preview you asked for, and schedule a conversation.
- To provide services you buy from us.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our website and email — our web host, Google Workspace (email) and OpenAI (AI answers, when turned on) — and authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests sent through the website assistant are automatically deleted from the website’s database after about 30 days (our host’s backups are handled separately). Emails, and copies of requests we reply to, are kept as long as we need them for our business relationship and records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@dualcore-int.com.
Children
This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit who can see submissions. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
